At Complete Osteopathy we are committed to supporting our amazing community through these unprecedented and challenging times. To ensure we deliver best practice whilst adhering to the DHHS guidelines we are:

  • Booking 40-minute appointments with the last 10 minutes allocated to a comprehensive sterilization of all touched surfaces
  • We no longer accept cash
  • Social distancing is strictly enforced
  • We ask that you tell a staff member if you use the bathroom/toilet so that it can be disinfected after use
  • Hand sterilization must be carried out upon entry to the clinic
  • Staff members will sanitise their hands before and after treatment
  • DHHS and Complete Osteopathy recommends patients of high risk of cardiovascular disease and respiratory disease and immunocompromised patients not attend the clinic (please make contact if you wish to discuss your personal circumstance)
  • Everyone attending the clinic will have their temperature taken on arrival
  • We ask that all patients wear a mask. Practitioners will be masked as per the DHHS guidelines
  • Please bring your own mask
  • As per the DHHS regulation If you are unwell with any cold or flu like symptoms including a runny nose, please do not attend the clinic, we will NOT be enforcing cancellation fees during this time
  • All patients will be required to fill out a pre-screening questionnaire before treatment
