  1. Elbows should be able to swing over the desk (turn side on)
  2. Shoulders relaxed
  3. Eye line looking top third of the screen
  4. Keyboard flat
  5. Knee and hips at 90 degrees
  6. Feet flat on the floor
  7. Phone and mouse on opposite side of the keyboard and close to the edge
  8. Sitting back in the seat, use the back rest
