It is important to have your work station set up correctly as this will enable you to have better posture. Below is a generic guide to help you review and make changes to your work station.
- Elbows should be able to swing over the desk (turn side on)
- Shoulders relaxed
- Eye line looking top third of the screen
- Keyboard flat
- Knee and hips at 90 degrees
- Feet flat on the floor
- Phone and mouse on opposite side of the keyboard and close to the edge
- Sitting back in the seat, use the back rest
